Arthur Manor Neighborhood Association

The Arthur Manor Neighborhood Association serves the areas of Scarsdale bounded by: Carman Road on the north; starting at Clarence Road, all cross streets of Sprague until Post road to the Eastchester border; Sprague to the New Rochelle border; and west past Post Road to Hyatt Field and Evon Court.

We sponsor many events including our Tag Sale, our Independence Day Celebration and Parade in July, and our Holiday Sing in December. In addition to supporting family events, we assist our families in obtaining stop signs for busy sidestreets (as we recently did on Boulevard), request road repair work for potholes, assist our elderly neighbors, and represent Arthur Manor at Village Hall.

Our Association's annual membership drive is a yearlong effort that starts in January. Annual dues are $15.00 per family. These dues cover costs of our newsletters, flyers, mail and any expenses incurred during the year.
